What are the available delivery times?

Delivery is done in two shifts, morning and evening.
Morning period: from 9:00 am to 11:30 am
Evening period: from 1 pm to 6 pm

Can delivery be done within a specific hour?

No, you can only specify the morning or evening period and the driver's route is determined by the delivery priority.

Do you deliver outside Riyadh?

Delivery is currently available within Riyadh, Al-Amariya, Ad-Diriyah, Dirab, and Al-Jubail.

Is the rental for 24 hours?

No, the rental period ends the next morning if it is a house or a private rest house, regardless of the delivery time. If the location is rented, the delivery will be made during the period from 1 to 3 in the morning. As for the devices, they will be received 6 hours after their delivery.

Is the product installed on the roof or basement?

No, installation is only on the ground floor due to the extra weight of the product.

Can I buy the products?

No, the products are for rental only.

Do the entertainment devices include the necessary materials?

Yes, the equipment includes all the supplies from filling cones and popcorn and Sugar, ice cream mix, etc., are completely ready for direct use. We always make sure that it is the best available in the market, not the cheapest.
