Delivery and installation are free within Riyadh city only

Products are delivered between 10 AM and 5 PM. If you wish to receive them at a specific time, please send an email with the order number and the requested time, or call us.

Products are received from 12 AM to 2 AM

Please confirm the delivery service availability for your neighborhood before completing the booking through the customer service icon at the bottom of the screen.

Measuring the installation area is the customer's responsibility. If the product is larger than the installation space upon delivery and the customer wishes to exchange it for a smaller size, the customer shall bear an operating fee of 150 Riyals.

Minimum order amount for delivery is 300 Riyals

What are the available delivery time slots

Delivery is available during two shifts, morning and evening.

Morning shift: from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Evening shift: from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Is it possible to deliver at a specific time

No, you can only specify the morning or evening shift, and the driver's route is determined by delivery priority.

Do you deliver outside of Riyadh

Delivery is currently available within Riyadh city, Al-Ammariya, Diriyah, Dirab, and Al-Jubaila

Is the rental for a 24-hour period

No, the rental period ends the following morning for a private house or chalet, regardless of the delivery time. If the location is rented, pickup occurs between 1:00 and 3:00 AM, while for devices, they are collected 6 hours after delivery.

Is the product installed on the roof or in the basement

No, the installation is only on the ground floor due to the extra weight of the product

Can the products be purchased

No, the products are for rent only; products available for sale can only be found in the sales section.

Are the entertainment devices inclusive of the necessary materials

Yes, the machines include all supplies, such as filling cones, popcorn, sugar, ice cream mix, etc., so they are completely ready for immediate use. We always ensure that we provide the best available in the market, not the cheapest.
