    Products are delivered from 10 am to 5 pm. If you wish to receive them at a specific time, please send an email with the order number and the specific time for receipt or call.
    Products are received from 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM
    After examining the product, you must sign the receipt contract and pledge to deliver it in the same condition.
    The insurance value for each product is 300 riyals and it will be refunded when we receive the product in the same condition and the refund will be made directly after inspection.
    Please make sure that the delivery service is available in your neighborhood before completing the reservation process via the customer service icon at the bottom of the screen.
    The customer is responsible for measuring the product installation space. If the product is larger than the installation space upon delivery and the customer wishes to change the toy to a smaller size, the customer will bear an operating fee of 200 riyals.

    Free delivery does not include products less than 280 riyals and the delivery fee is 100 riyals
